Do I need to set up an account to order from your site?
No, you have the option to set up an account which would speed up further orders but you can checkout as a guest if you prefer.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we’ll ship to you almost anywhere in the world. If our post service can get it there we’ll send it. The fees and import duties we have no control over and you will be responsible for so please make any relevant enquiries if required.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as paypal.


Is my personal info secure?
Yes, all info and transactions are run through a secure dedicated server and all payments are processed and handled by Sagepay, one of the biggest payment gateways in the world. We store no information regarding your payments.


How long does delivery take?
In the UK we send out on a 48 hour signed for service. You can upgrade to a 24 hour service at the checkout if you prefer. Within Europe delivery is usually within 5 working days and internationally our courier aims for 11 days but in reality it may be slightly faster. If you are in a mad hurry drop us a mail, we may be able to source a faster service to your location.


Do I need to sign for my Package?
Yes, all orders are sent out on a signed service for security. Someone will need to be at the delivery address to take the package and sign for it.


Are all items returnable?
For legal and hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on jewellery or underwear.


How do I return or exchange an item?
There are full return instructions included in all orders but returns are simple. Just return any items to us at the address provided. You can reuse the same box, please ensure you use a tracked service as we obviously can’t take any responsibility for items that we don’t receive back.


Do you offer same day delivery in London?
Not really, at least not as a checkout option. If however you’re in a real predicament and need it ‘like yesterday’ then get in touch and we may be able to organise a courier or you can send one for pick up.
